Al Mina
The current phase of Barr Al Jissah: 76 freehold homes in low-rise buildings of three to six floors around the marina, open to all nationalities. Construction is about 65% complete and handover is targeted for Q1 2027. Homes come with designer finishes, fitted European kitchens, porcelain floors and marble counters.
